Again, would it be hard to manage while using for business?
(eg. a call centre.using blueface for all phones. broadband reliability)

I’d imagine skype would come across effective enough to meet customer needs, I mean, it would only be used for interactive customer services which can’t be expected to be 100%.
Then blueface should come into play…

I dont know enough about it to argue though :)

It is a cheap option for business but I don’t know to what extent businesses can audit what is being transferred from one user to next.

Whatever VOIP solution you look at you need to look at more than just the price.
